Admission Procedure


APPLICATION FROM & PROSPECTUS

The application obtained by post from the college by sending MO of Rs.250/-(Rupees two hundred fifty only) the candidate may obtain the application form and prospectus directly by depositing Rs.200/-(Rupees two hundred only)at Nabapravat Academy foe Management Education,At/Po-Sunakhandi(Near Kashipur Primary School),Dist- Cuttack during office hour.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Candidates intending to join the course need to apply in the prescribed format provided with this prospectus. Students are advised to product originals of all certificate and marksheet for verification. The candidates and their parent are required to be present in person on the day of admission. At the time of admission, he/she is required to produce the following documents:

  1. College leaving certificate in original
  2. Xerox copy of all certificates and mark sheet
  3. Migration certificate if applicable.
  4. 6 Passport size photograph.
RULES & REGULATION
GENERAL

The management reserves rights in the matter of admission, training and discipline. The decision of the management shall be final and binding for the candidates.

PAYMENT OF FEES
  1. The entire course for becomes payable at the time of admission. Instalment may be allowed in special cases.
  2. If the student is allowed to take admission under instalment scheme, he/she has to clear all the dues on or before the stipulated date as mentioned in the agreement executed between the student and the authority.
  3. If the student will not clear the dues before the above mentioned date, the Institute will not be responsible for his registration in the University / council/ Board and further continuation in their respective course programme.
  4. If a student leaves the Institution for any reason either immediately after admission, or in the middle of a course etc., the fees paid will be forfeited and action will be taken to recover the balance dues (if paid in instalment) In such case no fees will be refunded.
  5. Fees should be paid only at the office cash counter and receipt must be obtained.
